Look-see: if you can... Boy Detective

Looksee This is a story about a boy detective who is trying to show his teammates and classmates how smart he really is. So he decides to take on an important case for his friend and baseball teammate. In doing so, he must first outsmart his nemesis who is equally as smart while trying to deal with his own ongoing personal battle to solve his relentless and challenging problem with playing baseball.

Anthony Nelson was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He spent his early years in Philadelphia but grew up in his later years in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Dominican High School. He attended and graduated from Philadelphia College of Art, which is now known as University of the Arts in Center City Philadelphia.

He became a teacher in the Philadelphia public school system, teaching grades Pre-K to 8. His teaching inspired him to write children's books.
